The bathroom and toilet, right next to the room, are shared spaces, but only I, the owner, use them in addition to you, and I make sure they remain constantly clean! Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine available. Free use of the kitchen, but it must, like other shared spaces, be kept clean and tidy (NB: dishes must be done by hand). Cleaning fee of 12 euros to be paid on departure for any stay of 3 weeks or more. Address well served by public transport, close to all kinds of shops and services.
