I am looking for a discreet, non-smoking roommate.
I am young-minded and athletic. I enjoy conversation but also quiet moments for reading and studying.
The room has been recently renovated. It is equipped with a sofa bed with a quality 140 cm (double) mattress, a desk, and a closet including a wardrobe, shoe rack, coat rack, and mirror.
The private, leafy residence is secured by a security guard and a video surveillance system. Free street parking is available, as well as a bicycle storage room.
